Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and CrossDynamix, operator of JBOT Trader ("JBOT," "we," or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using JBOT, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.

2. Software, not brokerage service

JBOT provides market-data displays, research tools, simulations, rankings, alerts, journals, and probabilistic model outputs. JBOT is not a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, tax adviser, or legal adviser. It does not hold customer assets or execute trades. You independently decide whether and how to trade through your own regulated provider.

3. Subscriptions and renewal

Pulse and Apex are recurring subscriptions. The price, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown immediately before you approve payment on Stripe or PayPal. Your subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required.

You may cancel from Account > Manage billing using the same online path used to subscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise. Access remains available through that date.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for unused time, except where required by law or described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly to support@jbot-trader.com.

5. Acceptable use

You may use JBOT for your own lawful research and trading workflow. You may not defeat access controls, share paid credentials, overload or probe the service, inject malicious code, scrape or resell data, misrepresent model output, reverse engineer protected components, or use JBOT to manipulate a market or violate securities, sanctions, privacy, or other laws.

6. Market data and third parties

Market data, issuer data, news, calendars, sentiment, and payment services may come from third parties. Their availability, latency, corrections, and terms can change. You are responsible for complying with your broker and data-provider agreements. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

7. Models and output

Scores, Monte Carlo bands, probability estimates, technical patterns, signals, and rankings are estimates, not promises. Historical relationships can fail without warning. Output may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Never treat a score, animation, alert, or label as a guarantee or sole basis for a trade.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, add, or remove features and data sources. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend an account to address security, payment failure, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach.

9. Intellectual property

JBOT software, branding, interfaces, models, documentation, and original content are owned by CrossDynamix or its licensors. Your membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term. You retain ownership of information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display it for you.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBOT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of profitability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Trading losses remain your responsibility. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, market loss, or loss caused by third-party data or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from JBOT will not exceed the subscription fees you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict rules. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your location.

12. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to support@jbot-trader.com. We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be presented in the service or sent to the account email before they take effect where required.
