Before you join
Does one membership cover every workspace?
Pulse and Apex include VOLUME, NEWS, IPO, LONG and SHORT under the same account. Spark keeps your account and support access after the trial; it does not provide ongoing full-suite access.
When am I charged?
Not during the no-card trial. Paid membership begins only after you authorize a subscription through hosted Stripe or PayPal checkout. Annual membership is charged for the full year, not as monthly installments.
Can I cancel?
Use the billing controls in your account to manage your subscription. Review the subscription terms and refund policy for cancellation and refund details.
Are prices and data guaranteed?
No. Market data may be delayed or unavailable. Model scores are not guaranteed outcomes, and simulations are scenarios rather than calibrated promises. Always verify current prices and execution conditions with your broker.
